Our processing of our users' personal data is limited to the data required to provide a functional website and our content and services. 1. provision of the website

Visitor and usage data

Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer. The following data is collected:

  • Information about the browser type and version used
  • The user's operating system and the version used
  • The user's internet service provider
  • The IP address of the user
  • Date and time of access
  • Internet pages from which the user's system accesses our website

We store this information for a maximum period of 12 months. It is stored for reasons of data security in order to ensure the stability and operational security of our system.

Web analysis

We analyze the use of our website with the web analysis tool Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc, (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). This serves exclusively to optimize the website in terms of user-friendliness and the provision of useful information about our services. This data is not merged with other personal data sources or passed on to third parties.

The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and Art. 31, para. 2 lit. d or e revDSG.

No personal evaluation takes place. The analyses are based on anonymized data sets.

The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data that has reached the end of its retention period is automatically deleted once a month.

Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. We have deactivated the settings "Data transfer" and "Signals". Although we can assume that the information we share with Google is not personal data for Google, it is possible that Google can use this data for its own purposes to draw conclusions about the identity of visitors, create personal profiles and link this data to the Google accounts of these persons. If you have registered with the service provider yourself, the service provider also knows you. The processing of your personal data by the service provider is then the responsibility of the service provider in accordance with its data protection provisions. The service provider only informs us how our respective website is used (no information about you personally).

If there is no longer any need for further processing of your data, we will delete your personal data after your request has been dealt with.

We use Paypal, an offer of the European PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. Lt (hereinafter "Paypal"), to receive donations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and b GDPR and Art. 31, para. 1 and para. 2 lit. a revDSG). III Data security

We use the widespread transport encryption (SSL/TLS) within the website visit in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the address bar of your browser.

We also use other suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. V. Final provisions

We may amend our privacy policy at any time without prior notice by publishing it on the website. The current version published on our website applies.
