Now it is here, our new, infinitely valuable accompanying brochure "my star child" and the associated website mein-sternenkind.ch/en/, with so many valuable ideas, important knowledge and beautiful sayings.

The brochure accompanies parents who learn that their child is seriously ill, dying or has died.
As affected mothers, we know that such bad news can pull the rug completely from under you. You are in shock, you feel empty and at the same time many questions arise. For us it was important to be accompanied by competent professionals and to discuss the further procedures with them. How glad we would have been if we had been given all the important information in written form as a reminder. That's why we have created a brochure with the technical support of Anna Margareta Neff (support centre kindsverlust.ch). The association Stärnechind finances the printing and distribution of the brochures. In addition to the accompanying brochure there is the website  mein-sternenkind.ch/en/

Beloved, now the new Swiss Sternenkind parents contact platform is online. It is aimed at all parents, who lost a child / several children, whether in the pregnancy up to the "adult" children. All can register that want to discuss about their children or their grief. Especially to be there for other parents for which the ground was just pulled out from under their feet and had to say 'Goodbye'. Only when there are dates to contact each other the contacts may occur. Have the courage and registered, together we can achieve so much.

Wedding dresses/bridal gowns

The association Stärnechind does NOT sew ANY bridal gowns. We process soft and cuddly baby and children's fabrics and make clothes that are similar to normal baby clothes. Thank you for "thinking of us".

New year, new visions

Thanks to the support of many wonderful loving people, we start the new year with something that had long been a dream of mine:

On December 24, I could order100 books: "Good hope, abrupt end of Hannah Lothrop"A couple of them is already in my stock and a few have found their into the maternity wards of hospitals.

These guide of the first hour with so much valuable ideas / tips / suggestions on what you can do in the absolute powerlessness, when the world stands still, everything is in its ruins, the ground is missing ... and now this is able, at a time where it is so important, where time is the most valuable asset, because everything that has been missed then, can never be made up.

And when the book is once no longer needed, it can be sent back to me, a circle closes.

So beautiful, what developed in almost 5 years.

We have achieved our goal, almost all * Swiss hospitals and clinics are equipped with our boxes - a dream came true ....

(* the only exceptions are the hospitals, which didn't want our box)

Board: founding member Nicole Sutter unfortunately leaves our Board. New with us on the board are: Antje Amrhein (affected mother) and Julien Rod (affected father).

Presence: Our boxes are currently at 115 locations in Switzerland in action!

Membership: The sponsorship of the boxes is replaced with the passive membership. The annual fee is any amount but at least 30.- Swiss Francs. Once a year, you will receive a letter from us with news, reports, feedback and a payment order for the next year.

We finally visited the remaining two hospitals of the german speaking part of Switzerland. We are happy to be able to help all hospitals of the german speaking part of Switzerland with our work!

Almost 70 hospitals throughout Switzerland already received our wonderful boxes!

We are now represented at exactly 62 locations! What a great achievement!

56 hospitals all around Switzerland are equipped with our clothing and boxes, from Chur to Lausanne, from Schaffhausen to Lugano!

35 hospitals are now in the possession of our clothes and boxes! Many thanks to all donors and of course our hardworking helpers!

The year began with three more hospitals being equipped with our clothing. Many thanks to everyone who makes this possible.

Foundation Stärnechind was officially launched on November 20! The first two boxes were placed in a major hospital. We’re overjoyed!

We presented boxes to multiple hospitals in German-speaking Switzerland. Everyone reacted very positively and is excited about our work.
